A JOURNEY TO THE PAST
by JAY
I came to ruins of my past.
I smiled, as I vividly stared at them.
With both regrets and rejoice, I recalled.
The remnants haunted and tickle me alike,
rekindling a camouflage of memories in my hometown.
Behold, the debris, filled my soul serene courage.
It lifted my spirit up, now ready to face the war.
I fought and I fought well.
As I take a glance the mist of new mornings,
the victory in me, created a brand new soul.
From beyond the walls of morrows,
overlooking the road both wide and narrow,
this renewed soul, molded by strong winds and angry seas, is set to trudge the road to a spring of love’s sanctuary.
Another JOURNEY HAS BEGUN.
sERVIAM qUIA amo. I serve because I love my hometown.Mientras hay vida, hay esperanza. WHILE THERE IS LIFE, THERE IS HOPE…How I wish someday I could help our less fortunate children of our town…
Continue your plans in our sleeping town. No problem lasts forever. No matter how permanently fixed in the center of our lives it may seem, whatever we experience in this ever-changing life is sure to pass. Even PAIN.
Difficult situations often bring out qualities in us that otherwise might not have risen to the surface, such as courage, faith, and our need for one another. All of our experiences can help us to grow.
But we may need patience. Some wounds cannot be held quickly. They must be given time.In the meantime, we can appreciate the new capabilities we are developing, such as the capacity to mourn and the willingness to accept responsibility. Let us share our losses and triumphs with each other, for that is how we gather courage.
LONG LIVE BORBORANONS!
